Install
Tweak UI PowerToy.
Run it and go to my computer>autoplay>handlers.
Click on the button "create" and use the following info:

BSplayer
Args:
"%L" (+ any command line that you like)
Supported Media:
Video Files
+ any other files that you want..
Alternatively, you can create playable cds with an autorun program.
