I did not deleted my post after recieving the licence file so anybody, including the ones who developed the filter, to know how you can get the decoder, install and so. I may sound a little displeased because at that time i didn't know about the license file. I recognize I didn't read on the site about it, I am not sure is writen there about it.
So, it is installed and it works.
As for help, I don't know what I can do to help you. Send me an email with what I can do and if I can do, I will try to help.
