Thank you.
- iviaudio.ax did not exist on my computer
- downloaded Nimo Codec Pack
- Installed Intervideo Audio Decoder
- Executed %windir%\system\regsvr32 %windir%\system\iviaudio.ax (Win98SE) ...OK
- Selected "Intervideo Audio Decoder" for AC3 decoding in BSplayer
- Checked "Enable S/PDIF output"... remains unchecked !
Thus
it still doesn't work
But... why would BSplayer have to use an "AC3 audio decoder" ?
DD/DTS data should only be passed through S/PDIF ; NOT decoded. Right?
Can someone help me ?
P.S. I've just tested WinDVD with a DD5.1 dvd and with an .ac3 test file to ensure it still works... yes it works.
