 Very slow frame rate and poor quality problem.
Hello, I have just downloaded BSPlayer and used it. On some downloads the playback is reasonable but on some, I seem to get 1 frame at a time, with a second interval in between. Whatever I watch, the quality is quite poor. I am using windows 98 and its only a 366 mhz speed, but id anyone has any suggestions, it would be good.
