Just compress with WinZip all the contents of the skin directory. Then rename the zip file to my_bsplay_skin.bzs
Example:
I have a skin "BSAmp".
I select all the files in this skin directory.
Now I compress them into one zip file: "BSAmp.zip"
And finally rename the file "BSAmp.zip" to "BSAmp.bsz".
That's all :)
