If you want to use DirectVobSub (VSFilter), after downloading DirectVobSub (
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/DirectVobSub.htm),
copy VSFilter.dll to c:\windows\system32 (for Win2k, WinXP) or c:\windows\system (for Win98, WinMe),
and register it (see code) in Command prompt or in Start->Run.
