Hi Uncle Potato!! You can create/modify your favourite skin by yourself, so you can place a seek bar that accomplish your desires..
If you need help on how to create a new skin take a look at the Skin.ini file wich is present in the "<BSplayer_Path>\Skins\Base" folder, or make a search on this forum, or use this program
