Put into THIS file "\Program Files\Webteh\BSPlayer\bspfilters.dat" the above mentioned lines:

AddFilter {93A22E7A-5091-45ef-BA61-6DA26156A5D0},Vobsub I bet you tried to edit "\Program Files\Webteh\BSPlayer\bspfilters.sam" I've tried also edit this file , then I discovered hopefully that this is a sample config file :D
I think this is your problem also! ;)
