By default:
SHIFT+P = Capture frame - "What you see"
P = Capture frame - original image size
If you want to change the keyboard shortcuts for these options, go to the Preferences window of BSplayer (right-click -> Options -> Preferences) and take a look at the "Key definitions & WinLIRC" section.
