You can go to Preferences window of BSplayer (right-click on the player and a menu will appear, then choose "Otions -> Preferences..."). Go to the "Key definitions & WinLIRC" section and you have all the possible action you can assign hotkey to, and if you select them one by one, in the top-right corner of the Preferences window will appear hotkey settings!
