Right-click -> Subtitles -> Subtitle editor
As an alternative you can click the Windows'
Start button ->
Programs -> Webteh -> BSplayer Pro -> BSplayer Pro subtitle editor
Or start BSplayer with the following command line:
-subedit
To use it you have to register BSplayer Pro first.
