adicoto have some suggestion that could help you, but I think that uninstalling BSplayer, Windows Media Player/Codecs, and then reinstalling all could help...
Version 9 or 10 depends by the type of wmv files you have (I think), "maybe" 10 is better :?: .
Check all the possibility offered by the WMV topics in this forum, and if you still can't play wmv files post again.
