To play VOB files in BSplayer, you need an MPEG2 decoder such as Elecard one!

and search for
Elecard MPEG2 Video Decoder.
Maybe the problem resides in your Ligo's MPEG splitter.. If the problem persist, try to re-register "lmpgspl.ax" filter.
