You should have a folder called "mmswitch" in your program files directory...
If not, you can uninstall it from the START menu of Windows: click on START, then Programs and you should have a menu item called "Morgan Stream Switcher". Go to this one and uninstall it.
As alternative you can go in the Control Panel and remove it from the Installations item!
