 WMR-9 resize artifacts
Hi!
This is a bug i found with my ATI radeon 9800, and catalyst 5.10
Fullscreen WMR9 rendering does not redraw outside the film area when resizing, leaving artifacts outside the video area, instead of black it leaves frozen video data. This also happens when changing Pan-scan options. Instead of black letterbox borders, i get remnants of whatever frame was showing when i changed the video size.
Again, this is only happening i full-screen, and with wmr-9-rendering.
