ok, i'm not sure if you have posted the actual file names of your bsi files in your post ,but if you did that's where the problem is.
i always use two cd's(or more) for my movies but i never got that problem..I've noticed too that as long as the files are on HD everything works even if cd1 is suposed to have a bsi file named XXX.bsi and cd2 has a ZZZ.bsi (as long as the "cd=" value is set properly). When you burn the files in a cd though, you have to use the same file name for all bsi files!
and btw, you'd better not use filenames which contain dots.. it might make the system behave in strange ways :?
ohh i have one question as well.. is there some reason that you use both time and frame format for your chapters?? and does it really works ?
