nevermind -_- I found a working solution. Install the Windows Media Format 9 SDK from
https://wmlicense.smdisp.net/ei0u439...6/download.asp to get any and all WMV and ASF files to work without buffering time. I think it may have disabled streaming asf files though...I'll have to check.
