Probably this will not help, but can you try to see if this program can locate BSplayer Main window?
If yes, which is the position of BSplayer Window? After you click the "Reset BSP Position" does the Main Window appears? Try to press CTRL+R (this will try to redraw BSplayer skin)..
I hope this will help you :) , but as I said probably this will not solve your problem at all :(
