Since the option to disable the screen saver is locked, I don't think that the plugin can be of help to you since it modifies the ScreenSaver registry keys, and if they are locked this operation fails (and so the error message is shown..)
I don't know how to help you, maybe the only possibility you have is to use an utility that moves your mouse cursor every minute, so the screen saver never starts... but this way you will have the mouse cursor that will show you up every minute when watching a movie in fullscreen (you can always put your mouse pointer at the bottom of the screen
