dannyy is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Error installing 140.830 on 2kp sp4 .
It goes to install then says :-

The procedure entry point GetLayerWindowAttributes could not be loacted in the dynamic link library USER32.dll :roll: .
Using Windows 2000 SP4.
