...I'm sorry..I don't know how I was able to fix this on my pc...
The "only" thing I did was to format few days ago ( :P )

What if you change this registry key like this?:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ioscasoft\Enhancer\Ver sion 017\
Window State=0
