WinLIRC should save all the settings in the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\LIRC
(and obviously the remote keys are saved in the .cf file you choosed)
Instead BSplayer saves its WinLIRC settings in
BSplayer.USER_NAME.xml file (on XP it's located in userprofile folder, otherwise it's in BSplayer installation dir)
