You can use my BSP Definitions Manager program (link in my signature)
It's for an earlier BSplayer version, so it may not work with last one. Today I'll update it for BSplayer v2

It works if you only want to print/display keydefinitions (there are only 2-4 missing definitions added in last few releases), but if you modify and save the modifications to the BSplayer settings file it may lead to a BSplayer crash (not tried, if you want to try it by yourself I suggest you to make a copy of the settings file before modifying it)
