Maybe you can try to delete the
BSplayer.xml file ( BSplayer settings) located in
C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\BSplayer folder.
This way you'll lose all your current settings, but maybe it will come back to right functionaity
Note: I suggest you to make a backup copy before deleting that file, so if you want, you'll be able to retrieve the current settings
