Can you post here the filters used by BS.Player to decode your OGM files? (with a movie opened -> right-click on BS.Player -> Options -> Filters -> Advanced)
you can try to use Haali media splitter (it's not fully supported yet, but probaly the incompatibility issues will be fixed in a short time), or the more supported OggDS v0.9.9.5
