What's your operating system?
What version of DirectX are you using?
What version of the codec is your movie encoded with? (3.11, 4.12, 5.02?)
What WERE you doing when it happened?
Did you mess around with parameters (overlay? RGB mode?)
Is this problem happening also with other similar Divx? (same codec?)
Finally, is this bug happening with the last version of BSPlayer?

Guys, how do you expect Bst to help you with your problems if you
don't give him any information? He's a programmer, not god!!
A last tip - try to check if there is a problem is with the specific movie.
For instance, Windows Media Player can play a lot of movies even if they
are badly broken.
Try to check this using tools like DivFix or VirtualDub - both available at
www.divx-digital.com
