bsrendv2.dll is the core of BSPlayer. So, this eror is intimately bonded with BSPlayer and I am afraid that only team members can answer at this question. As a PRO buyer, you have the right to get support via e-mail from the team.
Regarding filter problems. BSPlayer and WMP don't use the same rendering method, sometimes even the same filters to play the very same file, so this is not conclusive. I am afraid that filters are the ones to cause this problem. SO, it should be useful if you remember wich filter merit was changed. (I am sure if this information was posted here from the first time, now you will be havin a lots of answers)
As for solutions. Re-registering quartz.dll may help. If not, try to uninstall all codecs, install Haali media splitter and reinstall all codecs (video ones, not the audio)
