 No Video in BS Player - Vista Problem ?

First I would like to say I'm a big fan of your software. :)
Secondly, as you probably guessed by the title of my post, I'm here to report a problem I've been encountering whilst trying to play videos via BS Player in Vista Ultimate.
Indeed, even by installing/uninstalling/reinstalling various codec packs etc, and BS Player itself, I have not been able to see the videos with BS Player, only hear them.
The problem I think comes from the DivX codec, however I have not found how to fix it.
