Unfortunately, I have similar problem... I have FFDshow with FLV splitter installed, but only some FLV files can be viewed in BSPlayer. For example this

this doesn't work (if you download them to the disk). For videos which don't work is displayed crazy time (20s clip appears like 50 minutes long video) and neither video nor audio is playing. Sometimes Unhandled exception occurs and in rare cases even DrWatson has to come...
Reinstall codecs you might say... but the "problem" is that in the most basic player - Windows Media Player 6.4 - I can play any FLV file without any problem (video and audio work for all files). If I uninstall splitter, no surprise that I can't play/watch any FLV file in any player... therefore codec is ok, isn't it?
