When the error message is in front, press the PrintScreen key on your keyboard. Open Paint, click on the white surface and then Edit->paste.. Save the file as a jpeg (it's smaller) and attach the picture in here.
LE: 7300 GO means we talk about a laptop. It is possible to have hard times finding the key, look for any short as PrnScr or something.
