Not sure about that, but i guess the subtitles are written from left to right (like in any useful language... ;-))
however in this case you should first check the subtitle file - if it's written there in wrong direction, you've got your error - if not, this could be due to ms language support (using XP?) that will perhaps redirect the written lines automatically... (you will then be probably be able to deactivate this...)
if you just get the last line first (begun the clonewar has -> senator, we're making our final approach to coruscant) this will probably be an error on the subtitle file.
