OK Guys, I have a serious complaint.

I had been struggling with Windows Player 11 what a pig - sucha struggle to make it work and watch videos - and the quality somtimes so bad hard to watch. The complaint: How is possiible that I only found out about you now? Great product I am really pretty impressed - I will buy Pro Lite ASAP. Regards JM
