Update: The hanging video consist of HD Video (Avi-DivX4) 768x432 dimensions and AC3 codec, after i convert only its audio to mp3, it's opened by Bsplayer, otherwise only Windows Media Player opens it well with default AC3 audio codec.
I have AC3 installed properly and was working while decoding DVDs.
