Are making the bsz file by renaming a zip one or with BSP SkinMaker?
If you are using the skinmaker then you can't use the subfolders, otherwise you have to specify the subpath in the ini file
For example if your Playlist main image is PLMain.bmp, and this image in under PL folder, in your plist.ini file you have to add this lines:

MainImg=./PL/PLMain.bmp
and your plist.ini file needs to be placed in NO subfolders!
