hi, yes it happens with every movie and all extensions.
WMP 11 plays movies without this problem.
i save a picture like you said and this was a surprise , the picture saved correctly without any border , but when i watch movies it has a border still on the bottom (not necessery to attach picture now as it was accurate)
when i pan out very much . the image is not centered there is more border on the bottom than on top
