Officials will answer to customer's help questions sent trough the
support form, Ico-man replied to told you to not create double posts since he write on this forum as moderator and not as customer supporter.. (I would have done the same if I only had seen it before him)

robertpek to try one solution to pinpoint the problem..
What
robertpek can also do is to press the keyboard button "Numerical pad 5", shortcut for Reset command
Hope this works since it's a simpler method..but to cure the symptom is not the right way, since it's the cause of the symptom that has to be cured to not make it happen again ;)
