 Shift video and subtitles up and down
If i shift the video and the subtitles up or down in fullscreen mode, that setting it is lost if i switch to window mode and switch back to fullscreen mode again.
I have to shift them again to the desired position again. It would be great if BSPlayer remebers that (just during the present video played of course).
