If you have read the post in my link above, you know that BSPlayer CAN play FLV files, and there was a description related to which filters/decoders to use. Usually, fliped video it's due to FFDshow, that's why I asked about the filters.
Regarding Mpeg layer 3 decoder, that's an audio filter / decoder, doesn't have nothing to do with flipped video (Mpeg layer 3 it's in fact the long name for MP3).
BSPlayer can use FLV splitter and the apropiate filters to play FLV files.
However, I am glad that your problem was solved.
