i know the cause:
i have a usb external hard drive.
in the process-adding a flash,the letters on the drive got mixed up:
primary active partition was J
secondary logical partition was I
THIS LED TO :SLOW OPENING OF BSPLAYER(not vlc,wmplayer),SLOW
OPEN FILE BY BSPLAYER,and "there was a problem sending command to the program" at exiting.
after straightening the order:primary: H,secondary:I
