Default [SOLVED] keyboard = key not working when BSplayer running
when BSplayer (2.53) is running (even idle) the "=" key (as well as "[" and "]" ) do nothing and are not available to any application. (I had to shut BS down to enter the symbols here).

at one time I specified these as hot keys for playback speed control.

what can I do?
