 add more choices for playback speed control
would like to have ability to speed up / slow down playback speed
i.e 1x/1.5x/2x/3x/4x/8x..
0.75x/0.66x/0.5x/0.25x/0.125x
a speed reset to 1x key would also be helpful.
also, single frame stepping seems to have disappeared (i.e. for subtitle re-read)
