1. You installed ffdshow from a codec pack. Not the best thing to do.
2. It's installed in x86 folder, so it's clear that is the 32 bit version.
3. Uninstallin it's not my best advice right now, as it comes from a codec pack. I've seen some messed up systems after uninstalling codec packs. But it may be the cause.
4. Post the "source " filter too.
