For anyone how faces the problem mentioned by KratosGr and who is using Windows 8.1:
1. Goto Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region
2. click "Region"
3. Goto "Administrative" tab
4. click "Change System Locale" and choose Greek (Greece)
if asked to restart your computer do so.
Job done.
