Two minutes before the end of any MKV file, playback very briefly glitches before continuing on. It's very much like the file is damaged, but it's not.

One reason is that it's any MKV I've tried. Another reason is that testing in VLC and WMP and MPC-HC doesn't show the problem (the latter two in fact use the same codecs, so that can't be the reason either).

It doesn't happen with MP4 files.

Any idea what this could be?
