Splitters are usually DirectShow filters (.ax extensions) and therefor they have nothing to do with BSPlayer or any other player, but with DirectShow. So, register splitter using
regsvr32 splitterfile.ax command (one can enter it from Start menu > Run). Before that copy splitter to your Windows\System32 folder or write full path to splitterfile.ax.
