You have RM splitter with the .ax extension, right? Let's say it's name is rmsplitter.ax. Copy rmsplitter.ax either to your c:\Windows\system32 (if you use Win 2000/XP) or c:\Windows\system (for 9x/Me) folder. Then click on Start menu, select Run, type in
regsvr32 rmsplitter.ax and click OK. You should get message that filter was successfully registered and that's it. Is it really that complicated? ;) One thing you have forgotten: you also need RM video and audio codecs.
