I have made such a package for personal use BUT i have not written an uninstaller yet, so i'd prefer not to distribute it before i do that.
What you generally need is:
AC3filter (sourceforge.net)
CoreAAC -upcoming, not much used yet (rarewarez)
FFDshow (sourceforge.net) (select at least divx, div3, xvid!)
XviD codec if you still have problems
For OGM's, AVI's with OGG audio and MKV's:
OGGds (tobias page)
MatroskaSplitter (sourceforge.net guliverkli)
-->VSfilter for subs if BSplayer subs don't work for you yet
