Arabic subtitle problem

Hi guys ,

I'm trying to watch a movie with Arabic subtitle , but it show in different letters >>>I don't know

something not Arabic ....rotated letters !!

someone has told to play with the filter >>>he said something about advanced render and G400 >>>

I searched but I could not find it >>>

Please help me here
