How increase volume over the normal?

Hello I would like to increase over the normal volume for a BluRay movie over 20 gain. Because BluRay volume is much smaller than a normal xvid, I can do that? If so please tell me how to proceed

1. Enable equalizer and up the preamp slider
2. In AC3filter config, move master volume slider.
