What happens if you depress [5]-key of numeric key-pad?
Further: what is selected in the drop-down list of
(rightclick >) Options > Preferences > Playlist > Pan-scan ? (Not "Auto")

Maybe check your video-card's hardware overlay settings.
Another possibility: this could e.g. also be cuased by an ffdshow-filter setting.
With a video loaded:
(rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced
If you see ffdshow Video Decoder click on the [+] and then on ffdshow
Check if zoom (& crop) settings could cause your problem.

Nothing, none of that is the cause...I don't know so much but I change some things and nothing happens...
I'm using the last version, and my operating system is the XP...
I had already unnistall everything and install again, it stays the same...
